I’m sure the foam is an integral part to the operation of the fridge or it wouldn’t be there. And this scoundrel likes to tear it up with his murd** mittens. It works perfect to keep those mittens from destroying anything and also to keep toy springs and fake mice out from underneath the fridge. It cuts like a dream and sticks on the bottom of the freezer bin. I even got a pic of the fuzzy culprit in the act.

I bought this door draft stopper for my bedroom because there was a fairly large gap under the door, and I could also hear a lot of noise coming through.The silicone material feels good and seems durable. It does help cover the gap and improves the situation, although in my case it didn’t reduce the problem as much as I originally hoped.One thing to keep in mind is the length. I personally thought it would be longer, but that may have been because I didn’t pay close enough attention to the dimensions before ordering.Installation also requires a little patience. I recommend carefully following the instructions and allowing the adhesive to set properly. In my case, it’s important to leave the door alone for at least 24 hours so the strip can adhere well before moving it frequently.Overall, it does its basic job and helps with the gap under the door. Just make sure to check the measurements carefully and follow the installation instructions for the best results.
The stopper does its job! It’s kept huge cockroaches from coming into my apartment , along with the draft from the gap between my door and floor board. The rubber is thick and easy to apply and even though it somewhat drags when I open the door, it hasn’t fallen off. It’s been at least a month and half , maybe more and it works.
The adhesion is bad, even if you clean the surface it’ll stick to. Came off in just a few testing swings.It’s also way too narrow and thin to really do anything for those of us with visual gaps between the doors. If you can see light through your door, this won’t help you.The photo is *with* the stripping. I wish I could return it but I’ve already cut up 15 or so feet of it to try to layer it, which you can’t do. It’s easy to cut and soft, I’ll give it that, but it’s otherwise useless.
Ok so I used these on 3 separate doors, sizing was fine. I had to cut them to size. Covered the gaps...and then some. The adhesive is strong, I thought by now it would've come off because of the floor. As you see in the picture,1. When I put it on I took my time to get it straight across with a small space at the bottom of the door.2. The floors are NOT straight as you my assume, with wood flooring over a decade of cold and heat there is some warping not easy to see or feel UNTIL....about 40% of the door opening the draft stopper stopped the door because of the friction with the floor, it creases under.After some weeks the draft stopper is a bit more pliable and the door is opening easier as the product is still creasing under. BUT this is not a failure of the product, you just have to decide before finalizing the placement how high on the door you want it if you don't want any friction. You'd be giving up a bit of draft though.
Used on the sliding door and the front door to prevent insects. Easy to install and wonderful quality, sticky surface very strong, doesn’t come off and really works. I chose the transparent option and it’s almost invisible, doesn’t bother at all.
Great product. Easy to install and adhesive is great also. Stops drafts well but be sure to hold down evenly against the floor as you apply across door to insure total draft insulation. It has an adhesive cleaning wipe to help insure that it sticks well and I thought it was alcohol but not the case. It was very strong toxic smell. I think it was paint thinner or something like that. If you think it might affect you in some way I would advise not to use it. I don’t think you really need it anyway because you could probably use soap and water or alcohol instead to clean the door before applying. I would still buy again and would give 5 stars on the actual product.
The photos in the ad are not symbolic of the actual size of the product. I took several photos to compare it against those in the ad. With the product you receive, 4 packets of an alcohol wipe and two packages with a glove. This was a plus.Two of the photos in the ad suggest the seal is wider than a finger but I have included a photo using an index finger showing the finger extending over the weather strip on both sides. I also added a photo using a penny against the weather strip for a more realistic example.I took the product out of the shipping bag and put it into a zip lock (easier for me when in use). I then cut about an inch off of the seal and attached it to a tape measurer (at the 4" mark). It falls just over 1/4" (.25) and just under 3/8" (0.375). The Seller advertises the width as .39 of an inch so slightly off but not significantly enough to voice a concern.I have NOT used the product anywhere to create a weather break as I only received it last night. Due to the close shot in measuring the product, it was difficult to get a clear shot.
I really wanted to love this tape but unfortunately it would not stay put. It was only minutes after I put it on that it came off. I’ve had to tape the ends to the door with clear tape to keep it up. I do think it would help keep the draft out, if it would stick on its own that would have been better.

I purchased this to add to the bottom of a door, but not for rodent use. In an old home that shifts, some of the old doorways have gaps underneath. This seamlessly has closed that gap and made it look like the door was extended. So clean and gorgeous

Works, but It still get drafts. It’s only fitted for one side of the door. You’d have to buy two if you want to put them on both sides of the door and actually keep more drafts, noise etc.
